Your Yoda’s Mindfulness Programs

Welcome to the Mindfulness Programs I have been working on.

Of course, most Mindfulness programs are based upon the original work of John Kabat-Zinn, Danny Penman, et al.  Of course, my programs are also.  However, I have tweaked them, added material which I feel is relevant and helpful, changed the order a bit and just generally, emphasised what appeared most appealing and helpful to my clients, while still leaving the necessary parts they didn’t particularly like!
