About Course

This course is a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Mindfulness Training, and bits of other therapeutic methods thrown in.

The first Lesson is what would be covered in an Initial Consultation, and the homework which would be given to bring back to the first session.

It is done in this weekly format, to allow clients access to the materials in between weekly face to face sessions.

While it is possible to continue to the next lesson when desired, it is advised to leave time between lessons.  Perhaps not an entire week, but long enough to be able to practice and observe what the lesson was covering.
