Refund and Cancellation Policy
The descriptions of the services sold on the Site are as complete and accurate as possible, and customers are encouraged to read all available information about a service before making an appointment. In the event of cancellation of an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, Yateley Hypnotherapy reserves to right to charge the full session fee in the case that a new appointment is not made.

Services are priced in pounds sterling.
Pricing Disclaimer
Prices are subject to change without notice. Should Yateley Hypnotherapy identify prior to an appointment that a service has been mis-priced we will contact the customer with the option of paying the new price, cancelling at no charge, or selecting a different service.
Force Majeure
Yateley Hypnotherapy will not be liable to any customer for any delays or failure to perform due to any causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes may include, but not be limited to, acts or omissions of the customer or acts of God.
Jurisdiction and Law
Contracts under these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law with English courts having jurisdiction subject to any contrary rights the customer may have as a consumer.
